Configure the new-lead notification for a client subaccount. No coding needed: tick the rows this client uses, fill in the boxes, then copy the finished HTML into GHL's email editor. The preview on the right updates live.
Untick a row to remove it from the email. Edit the label to rename it (e.g. "Source" → "Lead Source"). The data each row shows is fixed.
Where do I find the merge tag? In the client's subaccount:
open any email in GHL's editor → click the merge-tag icon → Contact →
Custom Fields → copy the tag (looks like {{contact.address_}}).
Paste it exactly, curly braces included.
Then in GHL: Marketing → Emails → Templates → New → Code Editor → paste.
Shown with sample lead data. Merge tags fill with real data when GHL sends it.
Preview substitutes sample values (John Smith, sample phone, etc.) so you can see the layout. The copied HTML keeps the real GHL merge tags.
